Samsung Galaxy A58 Camera Specs Leaked, Macro Lens Use Continues
Specifications for Samsung's upcoming Galaxy A58 5G smartphone have emerged, suggesting the continued use of a 5-megapixel macro camera, potentially for the seventh consecutive year.
Details regarding the camera setup for the Samsung Galaxy A58 5G smartphone have surfaced, indicating a potential continuation of the existing camera hardware. The information suggests the device will feature a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.
According to reports, the rear camera system is expected to comprise a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. This macro lens was first introduced with the Galaxy A51 in 2020.
If these leaks are accurate, this would mark the seventh consecutive year Samsung has utilized the same 5-megapixel macro camera module across its Galaxy A-series lineup. The Galaxy A58 is anticipated to be released in early 2027.
The reported camera configuration appears to mirror the setup found in the Galaxy A57, and the device is not expected to include a telephoto lens.
