Samsung Introduces Health Assistant Integrating AI
Samsung has unveiled Health Assistant, a new personal health tool that integrates artificial intelligence to analyze data from its Samsung Health platform.
Seoul, South Korea – Samsung announced on Friday, July 21, the launch of Health Assistant, a personal health assistant designed to leverage artificial intelligence for analyzing data collected through its Samsung Health platform.
The new application integrates five core health categories: sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vital signs. The AI utilizes this data, combined with its internal knowledge base, to provide users with tailored health suggestions.
Health Assistant is intended to monitor daily health metrics and assist users in identifying potential health risks at an early stage. Samsung plans to further integrate capabilities from other hardware products in the future, including services for weight management.
Additionally, the service can link daily health data with clinical medical services, enabling secure sharing of insights between users and healthcare providers for scaled application. The service is currently in beta testing in the United States, with no immediate plans announced for expansion to other regions.
