Samsung Prepares New Over-Ear Galaxy Headphones
Code within Samsung's Galaxy Wearable app suggests the company is developing new over-ear headphones, potentially named "Galaxy H1." These could rival Apple's AirPods Max.

Samsung is reportedly developing a new pair of wireless over-ear headphones, internally codenamed "Galaxy H1." The device, which could compete with Apple's AirPods Max, was hinted at through strings of code found in the Galaxy Wearable app, according to reports from SamMobile.
If these headphones are released, they would mark Samsung's first foray into the over-ear headphone market since the Level On model in 2015. At that time, Samsung had not yet acquired audio brands like Harman.
The app displays icons depicting wireless Bluetooth over-ear headphones, but the final design may differ. While an official release date has not been announced, speculation suggests a potential launch in 2027.
Specific features and technical specifications remain unconfirmed. Samsung has not officially commented on the development of these headphones.
