Samsung Raises Galaxy S26 Prices by $100 in the US
Samsung has implemented another price increase on its Galaxy S26 smartphone line in the United States. The base model's price has risen by $100, bringing its cost to nearly $1,000.

Samsung has raised prices on its Galaxy S26 smartphones in the US by $100 or more. The base Galaxy S26 model, featuring 256GB of storage, now costs nearly $1,000, according to Phone Arena.
These latest increases follow an earlier $100 price hike for the Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus compared to their S25 predecessors at launch. At that time, Samsung cited increased RAM prices as a contributing factor.
Combined, the price difference for the base S26 model now stands at $200 more than the base S25 would have cost. Most other phones in the S26 lineup have also seen a $100 price increase on Samsung's official website, with the 1TB S26 Ultra experiencing an even larger jump.
The move by Samsung aligns with similar pricing strategies from competitors, as Apple and Google have also increased their phone prices this year.
