Sandra Leung Joins Theo Ai's Board of Directors
Theo Ai, a litigation defense intelligence platform, has appointed Sandra Leung, former General Counsel of Bristol Myers Squibb, to its Board of Directors. The appointment strengthens the company's executive leadership.

San Francisco – Theo Ai, a company specializing in litigation defense intelligence, announced on July 27, 2026, the appointment of Sandra Leung to its Board of Directors. Leung previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Bristol Myers Squibb and has been an advisor to Theo Ai since November 2025.
Leung brings over three decades of experience in corporate law and governance, having led Bristol Myers Squibb's global Law Department. Her expertise encompasses litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance. This background is expected to significantly shape Theo Ai's development of AI-driven solutions for enterprise legal teams.

The appointment coincides with Theo Ai's ongoing expansion of its executive team. Pamela Fehring has been named Head of Product Marketing. In this role, Fehring will focus on aligning Theo Ai's litigation intelligence capabilities with the strategic and operational needs of enterprise legal departments. She joins Theo Ai from U.S. Bank, where she most recently served as Chief AI Counsel.
