Sanofi Extends Blueprint Medicines Tender Offer Period
Sanofi announced an extension of its tender offer to purchase Blueprint Medicines shares, now set to expire on July 17, 2025. The offer remains subject to certain conditions.

Paris – Sanofi announced on July 17, 2025, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Rothko Merger Sub, Inc., has extended the expiration date for its tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Blueprint Medicines Corporation. The offer will now expire on July 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDST.
