Paris – Pharmaceutical company Sanofi has launched its global employee share ownership plan, "Action 2026." The plan will open on June 9, 2026, making shares available to more than 75,000 employees across 52 countries.

This initiative, now in its twelfth year, reflects Sanofi's and its Board of Directors' commitment to align employees with the company's growth and performance. In 2025, over 31,000 Sanofi employees, representing 44% of the workforce, chose to invest in the company. Currently, nearly 90,000 current and former employees are shareholders, holding approximately 2.93% of Sanofi's capital.

The shares will be offered from June 9 to June 29, 2026, at a subscription price of €59.87. This price represents a 20% discount based on the average of Sanofi's opening stock prices between May 6 and June 2, 2026. Additionally, for every five shares subscribed, employees will have the opportunity to receive one free share, capped at four free shares per employee.

Eligible employees can subscribe to a maximum of 1,500 Sanofi shares. The total subscription amount is limited to 25% of an employee's gross annual remuneration, after accounting for any previous voluntary contributions to employee savings plans in 2026. The issuance and delivery of shares are expected to be completed by the end of July 2026.
