Sanofi raises 2026 outlook following strong third-quarter growth
Sanofi reported a 14.3% sales increase in the third quarter, driven by strong performance from its immunology portfolio. The company has consequently upgraded its financial guidance for the full year 2026.

Sanofi posted third-quarter net sales of €14.4 billion, reflecting a 14.3% increase in constant exchange rates compared to the same period in 2025. Business earnings per share reached €3.55, bolstered by effective cost management and significant growth in its core immunology segment.
Growth was primarily led by the blockbuster drug Dupixent, which generated €5.7 billion in sales. The company’s recent pipeline launches, including Altuviiio and Rezurock, also contributed to the positive momentum, offsetting a 6.6% decline in vaccine sales attributed to the phasing of respiratory prevention products. CEO Belén Garijo emphasized that the company is actively focused on its post-Dupixent trajectory, utilizing business development and M&A to diversify the portfolio.
Reflecting this performance, Sanofi upgraded its 2026 guidance, now projecting low-teens percentage sales growth and mid-teens percentage growth in business earnings per share. The company remains committed to its long-term capital allocation, including a progressive dividend strategy.
