Pharmaceutical company Sanofi will present new clinical data from its hematologic oncology pipeline at the 64th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting & Exposition, held December 10-13, 2022.

The presentations focus on data related to multiple myeloma and other difficult-to-treat blood cancers, aiming to improve patient outcomes. The data include information on both marketed therapies and investigational compounds.

At the meeting, Sanofi will feature four oral presentations and 11 poster presentations on Sarclisa® (isatuximab), a treatment for multiple myeloma. New analyses build upon earlier IKEMA and ICARIA-MM trials, examining the therapy's efficacy and application across different patient subgroups.

The company is also presenting early data from its investigational pipeline, including preliminary results for the Natural Killer Cell Engager (NKCE) SAR443579 in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and other blood cancers. Additionally, data on SAR’514, targeting a protein that drives multiple myeloma tumor growth, will be highlighted.

Sanofi's oncology pipeline has doubled since 2019, with numerous next-generation drug candidates entering clinical trials. The company's strategy involves strengthening in-house research and development alongside external partnerships.
