Sanofi to Present New Respiratory Disease Data at ERS Congress
Sanofi will present new data from its immunology pipeline and approved medicines at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress in September 2025. Presentations will include findings related to asthma and COPD treatments.

Sanofi is set to present new research findings on several respiratory disease treatments at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) International Congress in Amsterdam at the end of September 2025. The company announced that 31 abstracts will be presented, covering chronic inflammatory respiratory diseases.
The presentations will include late-breaking data from the Phase 2 TIDE-Asthma study, investigating amlitelimab in adult patients with moderate-to-severe asthma. Amlitelimab is a fully human antibody that blocks OX40-ligand. Sanofi will also present an analysis of Dupixent's (dupilumab) impact on severe exacerbations in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
New data for Dupixent will also be presented for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and coexisting asthma. Results from the Phase 4 EVEREST study, comparing Dupixent to omalizumab, will be presented in an oral presentation and simultaneously published in The Lancet Respiratory.
"Chronic respiratory diseases can manifest through severe and aggressive symptoms and pose a significant burden on patients, which is why we are steadfast in our approach to research and treatment development," said Dr. Alyssa Johnsen, Global Therapeutic Area Head, Immunology and Oncology Development at Sanofi. "Our presentations at ERS underscore our commitment to addressing unmet patient needs and our goal of helping patients breathe better."
