Santa Maria spices receive Superior Taste Awards

Paulig's Santa Maria brand has been recognized with international Superior Taste Awards for two of its spice products. Both Tellicherry Black Pepper and Cardamom were awarded the highest possible ranking, three stars, by a jury of esteemed chefs and sommeliers.

The awards were granted by the International Taste Institute following blind taste tests. The evaluation process assessed products on several criteria including first impression, taste, vision, aroma, and texture, with judges selected from top culinary institutions.

The jury specifically praised Santa Maria's Tellicherry Black Pepper for its delicious, fresh, and spicy taste with encouraging sweet aromas. The Cardamom was described as an excellent product with great quality and intense flavor, characterized by recognizable aromas of freshly ground spice.
