SANY Renewable Energy Reports Over 300% Revenue Growth Abroad

SANY Renewable Energy, a significant player in the wind energy sector, has reported substantial international growth. The company's foreign revenue increased by over 300% in the first half of 2026, while signed international orders reached nearly 5 gigawatts (GW). The announcement was made at the WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 exhibition.

The growth is supported by the European DNV certification received for SANY Renewable Energy's SI-17578EU wind turbine. The certification covers not only technical performance but also personnel safety and maintainability, enhancing the turbine's accessibility and service throughout its lifecycle. This European endorsement is a key factor in SANY's expansion efforts in European markets.

The company is also showcasing its 10 MW nacelle model and the structural design of the SI-17578EU turbine at the fair. Advanced technologies such as the use of carbon fiber blades and AI-based blade pitch control are also on display. Furthermore, SANY's 35 MW six-degree-of-freedom test bench illustrates product development and validation under diverse conditions.

SANY Renewable Energy's installed capacity abroad now stands at 1,462.35 MW. The company has delivered projects in Europe, Latin America, and Central and South Asia, adhering to Chinese, IEC, and European standards. SANY was also ranked highly on S&P Global's 2026 list of wind turbine suppliers, placing it within the top 1% of companies for corporate sustainability assessment.
