SAS and E.ON launch EV charging partnership
Airline SAS and energy company E.ON Drive Infrastructure have launched a partnership enabling EuroBonus members to earn points when charging their electric vehicles at E.ON Drive's public charging network in Sweden and Denmark.

Airline SAS and energy company E.ON Drive Infrastructure have announced a new partnership that allows EuroBonus members to earn points for charging their electric vehicles at E.ON Drive's public charging network in Sweden and Denmark. This initiative marks the first-ever EV charging partnership within the EuroBonus program.
The collaboration connects E.ON's charging infrastructure, which includes one of Denmark's largest public networks and an expanding network in Sweden, with SAS's loyalty program, a popular scheme with millions of members across Scandinavia. The aim is to integrate sustainable mobility options with travel benefits.
"This partnership is a further step in our ambition to develop EuroBonus and strengthen the program’s relevance in our members' everyday lives," said Madeleine Svantesson, Head of EuroBonus Partners at SAS. "By enabling seamless point earning at EV charging stations, we are integrating sustainable mobility into our offering and making it even easier to combine climate-smart choices with attractive benefits."
Members will earn points on charges paid with a payment card linked to their EuroBonus account at stations with a minimum output of 50 kW. The earning rates are 50 points per 100 SEK in Sweden and 30 points per 100 DKK in Denmark. In Denmark, earning points is also possible via the E.ON Drive Public app if the payment card is registered with EuroBonus. Earned points can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, and other EuroBonus benefits.
