SAS launches new corporate program for SMEs
SAS is launching "SAS For Business" on June 1, 2018, a new program to simplify travel bookings and provide immediate discounts for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is introducing a new corporate program named "SAS For Business" effective June 1, 2018. The initiative aims to streamline the booking process and offer immediate discounts for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The program is designed to simplify the travel experience from the point of purchase onwards. SAS states that the new system will offer greater transparency, allowing corporate clients to see how their discount agreements function in real-time. This development follows dialogue with SME customers who emphasized the need for an easy-to-understand and manage program.
"SAS For Business" replaces the previous SAS Credits program, where accrued credits could be used for future ticket purchases. Under the new structure, discounts are applied instantly at the time of booking. The value of the discount is determined by the specific business agreement held with SAS and the class of ticket booked (Go, Plus, or Business).
SAS currently serves approximately 64,000 SME customers. The earning of SAS Credits will continue until June 30, 2018, with any outstanding credits needing to be redeemed for bookings by December 31, 2018. Flights booked with these credits can extend into 2019.
