SAS to Offer Enhanced Coffee Experience with Lykke Coffee Farms
Airline SAS is partnering with Scandinavian coffee company Lykke Coffee Farms to improve the coffee served on its flights. The new coffee experience will be introduced starting February 2027.

SAS, the Scandinavian airline, has announced a collaboration with Lykke Coffee Farms, a specialty coffee producer, to elevate the in-flight coffee offering. The partnership aims to provide passengers with a superior coffee experience, tailored for consumption at cruising altitudes.
Starting in February 2027, passengers across SAS's network will be served coffee specifically developed to enhance flavor at 35,000 feet. This initiative is part of SAS's ongoing efforts to improve the passenger journey by refining everyday elements of the travel experience.
The collaboration brings together SAS's long history of serving travelers and Lykke Coffee Farms' expertise in coffee curation. The airline stated that the partnership will also introduce a distinctly Scandinavian touch to the offering.
SAS has operated for 80 years, connecting Scandinavia with the world. The company has not detailed specific coffee blends or how this change will be implemented across its different service classes.
