The adoption of the system has simplified their scheduling process, reducing monthly planning time to just 8 to 10 hours. It automatically ensures compliance with working time regulations and rest periods, easing the company's HR management.
"The program is like autocorrect that checks things for me. I get the feeling that I’m working with a colleague. The program reminds me: You’ve noticed this, right?" said Karelia Kivelä, HR Manager at Satakunnan Aluetaksi.
