SBF acquires residential property with 312 apartments in Solna
SBF has signed an agreement to acquire the Rovan 2 property in Huvudsta, Solna, comprising 8,700 square meters of residential space.
SBF has reached an agreement to purchase the Rovan 2 residential property located in Huvudsta centrum, Solna. The transaction, involving seller Klövern, covers a total of 312 apartments with a combined area of approximately 8,700 square meters.
Commenting on the acquisition, SBF Fonder CIO Johan Rosén noted that the property benefits from direct metro access and proximity to both retail services and natural areas. The acquisition aligns with the company's interest in areas undergoing active urban development near Stockholm city.
The deal is scheduled to close before the end of the year. This purchase expands SBF’s residential portfolio in the Stockholm metropolitan area.
