SBS CyberSecurity TRAC Adds Incident Response Capabilities
SBS CyberSecurity's TRAC platform now includes incident response functionality, unifying planning, testing, and live response into a single system.

Madison, S.D. – SBS CyberSecurity has integrated incident response capabilities into its TRAC governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform. This new feature aims to consolidate incident planning, testing, and active response into a unified workflow.
The update is designed to enhance how organizations manage cybersecurity incidents by centralizing all related activities. By bringing planning, testing, and response procedures into one system, the platform seeks to improve coordination and ensure access to up-to-date information during a crisis.
"Too often, an organization's incident response plan lives in one person's inbox or a binder no one has opened in a year," said Toni Meyer, Director of Product Management at SBS CyberSecurity. "This brings everything to the plan level. The status of each step and who owns it is clear, and everyone has access to the same up-to-date information at the moment it matters most."
The new incident response feature is particularly geared towards regulated entities, such as banks and credit unions, which require robust and documented response protocols. It guides organizations through the entire incident lifecycle, from initial assessment and active management to post-incident review and lessons learned, helping to create an auditable and streamlined process.
