Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is reminding investors of a securities fraud lawsuit filed against Lincoln Educational Services Corporation. The company faces allegations of violating securities laws.

8 October 2026

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP ("SBS"), a national shareholder rights litigation firm, has urged investors in Lincoln Educational Services Corporation ("Lincoln") to join an ongoing class action lawsuit. The suit alleges violations of securities laws concerning the company's operations, which trades on NASDAQ under the ticker LINC.

SBS notified investors that the deadline to take action is October 12, 2026. The lawsuit claims that Lincoln Educational Services made false and misleading statements regarding the company's business, operations, and prospects. These statements allegedly violated Section 10(b) of the U.S. federal securities laws.

Investors who purchased Lincoln stock between February 10, 2021, and March 15, 2024, may have suffered financial losses as a result of the alleged misrepresentations. SBS is seeking to identify lead plaintiffs for the case.

The action is proceeding in a U.S. federal court. SBS specializes in shareholder class actions and securities litigation.
