SCA reported that 221,634 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares in October at the request of shareholders. Following the conversion, the total number of votes in the company stands at 1,248,131,253.
The company now has a total of 702,342,489 registered shares. The breakdown consists of 60,643,196 Class A shares and 641,699,293 Class B shares.
