Scage Future Signs Cooperation Agreement with China Huaye Group
Scage Future has entered a framework agreement with mining enterprise China Huaye Group to explore the deployment of autonomous electric heavy-duty trucks.

Scage Future, a provider of zero-emission commercial vehicles, has signed a non-binding strategic cooperation agreement with China Huaye Group (NCMCC), a subsidiary of the China Metallurgical Group. The one-year agreement establishes a framework for collaboration across mining operations, renewable energy, and infrastructure development.
Under the proposed partnership, Scage Future aims to supply up to 1,000 autonomous electric heavy-duty trucks for NCMCC’s mining logistics operations. CEO Chao Gao stated that the deployment remains subject to project requirements and the availability of financing, aiming to address efficiency and safety challenges in industrial transport.
The proposed trucks are designed for unmanned operation, utilizing centralized fleet management systems. As the agreement is non-binding, the realization of specific projects depends on the completion of internal approval procedures and the signing of separate, definitive commercial contracts.
