Scandi Standard appoints 2027 Annual General Meeting Nomination Committee

Scandi Standard AB has established its nomination committee in preparation for the 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The committee's composition follows the guidelines adopted at the 2020 AGM.

Avelino Gaspar, appointed by Lusiaves Group, will serve as the chairman of the nomination committee. Other members include Anders Wennberg representing Investment AB Öresund, Henrik Sundell representing Lantmännen, and Nicklas Paulson representing Eva Qviberg.

Johan Bygge, the current chairman of Scandi Standard's board of directors, is also a member of the committee. His inclusion ensures alignment between the board's perspective and the nomination committee's recommendations.

The primary role of the nomination committee is to prepare proposals for the AGM concerning the election of board members, their remuneration, and the appointment of the AGM chairman. The committee's formation reflects the company's shareholder structure ahead of key decisions.
