Scandic appoints 2023 Annual General Meeting nomination committee
Scandic Hotels Group has appointed its nomination committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting. The committee comprises the three largest shareholders and the Chair of the Board.
Scandic Hotels Group announced on October 28, 2022, the appointment of its nomination committee for the company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The committee composition follows the company's established practice, being formed by the three largest shareholders as of August 31, 2022, and the Chairman of the Board.
The committee members include Karl Swartling of Stena Sessan AB as chair, Dick Bergqvist representing AMF, Trygve Hegnar from Periscopus AS, and Scandic's Board Chair Per G. Braathen. Camilla Köhler will serve as the committee secretary.
Shareholders interested in submitting nominations to the committee are invited to do so via email to nominationcommittee@scandichotels.com by December 31, 2022.
The 2023 AGM is scheduled to take place on Monday, May 9, 2023, at Vasateatern in Stockholm.
