Scandic CPH Strandpark named best hotel in Copenhagen

Scandic CPH Strandpark received the "Best Hotel in Copenhagen" award at the Danish Travel Awards 2024 ceremony held on Wednesday evening in Copenhagen. The award recognizes hotels based on industry and consumer feedback.

Hotel Director Mogens Jørgensen accepted the award, highlighting the dedication of his staff. "The award is a huge pat on the shoulder for our employees who work every day to create a phenomenal experience for our guests," Jørgensen stated.

Commercial Director Klaus Johansen commented on the hotel's success in meeting leisure guests' demand for experiences. Scandic CPH Strandpark, opened in 2021, offers wellness and fine dining, aligning with the company's strategy to expand its portfolio with experience-focused properties.

The hotel features 357 rooms, a conference facility, a restaurant, a wellness area, and a sky bar with views over the Øresund. The Danish Travel Awards are based on evaluations from 3,000 members of EPINION's panel, reflecting their experiences over the past 24 months.
