Scandic Hotels Group AB announced that it repurchased 225,000 of its own shares during the week of February 17-21, 2025. The transactions were conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea as part of the company's SEK 300 million share buyback program.

The buyback program, initiated on December 9, 2024, is scheduled to continue until March 31, 2025. In week 8, the total value of repurchased shares was approximately SEK 18.9 million, with a weighted average share price of SEK 84.15.

Following these acquisitions, Scandic's holding of own shares increased to 2.86 million. The total number of shares repurchased under the ongoing program now stands at 2.86 million, with a total value of approximately SEK 206.1 million.

Scandic Hotels is the largest hotel company in the Nordics, operating around 280 hotels with 58,000 rooms across more than 130 destinations. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
