Scandic Hotels Group Buys Back Own Shares for Over SEK 20 Million

Scandic Hotels Group AB repurchased a total of 260,000 own shares during the first week of February 2025 as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The transactions amounted to over SEK 20 million.

Scandic Hotels Group AB repurchased 260,000 of its own shares between February 3 and February 7, 2025. These transactions are part of the company's SEK 300 million share buyback program, initiated in December 2024 and set to conclude by March 31, 2025.

The total value of the repurchased shares during this week amounted to approximately SEK 20.4 million. The weighted average share price during the period was SEK 78.51. The buyback program is being conducted in accordance with EU market abuse regulations.

All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm through Nordea. Following these transactions, Scandic holds 2,407,000 own shares. The total number of shares in Scandic is approximately 219 million.
