Scandic Hotels Group AB repurchased a total of 295,000 of its own shares between January 20 and January 24, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. The initiative, launched by the Board of Directors, is part of a larger SEK 300 million program that commenced in December 2024 and will continue until the end of March 2025.

The company's holding of its own shares increased to 1.885 million following the transactions in week 4. These repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm through Nordea, in compliance with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052.

During week 4, five transactions were completed, resulting in a volume-weighted average share price of SEK 71.54. The average acquisition price for shares under the entire program stands at SEK 68.22. Scandic Hotels' total treasury stock now amounts to 1.885 million shares.

Scandic Hotels is the largest hotel company in the Nordic region, operating approximately 280 hotels with 58,000 rooms. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
