The share buyback program, valued at SEK 300 million, commenced on December 9, 2024, and is scheduled to conclude no later than March 31, 2025. Scandic's buyback activities are conducted in compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and related regulations.

During the specified week, the weighted average share price for the repurchased shares was SEK 84.92. Following these transactions, Scandic's total holding of own shares amounts to 3,085,000. The total number of shares in Scandic, including treasury shares, is 219,157,922, with 216,072,922 shares remaining outstanding.

All share repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea on behalf of Scandic. The company stated that these buybacks are a measure to manage its capital efficiently and meet obligations, including those related to employee stock option programs.
