Stockholm – Scandic Hotels Group AB announced that it repurchased a total of 300,000 own shares between January 13 and January 17, 2025. These repurchases are part of the company's share buyback program, which was initiated by the Board of Directors on December 9, 2024.

The buyback program is intended to acquire shares up to a total value of SEK 300 million and will run until March 31, 2025. The company stated that the repurchases are being conducted in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

During the specified week, Scandic acquired the shares at a volume-weighted average price of SEK 67.73 per share. Following these transactions, Scandic's holding of its own shares amounts to 1,590,000. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm through Nordea.
