Scandic Hotels Group AB announced that it repurchased 142,060 of its own shares during the week of December 23 to December 27, 2024. These transactions were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea on behalf of the company, forming part of its previously announced share buyback program.
The total value of the repurchases made during this period amounted to approximately SEK 9.64 million, with an average weighted share price of SEK 67.86. The buybacks are conducted in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The share buyback program, initiated on December 9, 2024, has a total value of up to SEK 300 million and is scheduled to conclude no later than March 31, 2025. Following these latest repurchases, Scandic's holding of treasury shares now stands at 840,000.
