The repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea on behalf of Scandic. Within this period, the aggregated daily volume of shares bought back was 220,000, with an average price of SEK 83.19 per share, totaling approximately SEK 18.3 million. Following these transactions, Scandic's holding of its own shares stands at 3,305,000.

These buybacks are conducted in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation 2016/1052. The company confirmed its total number of shares is 219,157,922, with 215,852,922 shares outstanding after accounting for the repurchased shares.
