Scandic publishes 2025 Annual and Sustainability Report
Scandic Hotels Group has released its 2025 Annual and Sustainability Report today. The report details the company's efforts to drive a sustainable and resource-efficient operation, which is central to its long-term value creation.
Scandic Hotels Group announced on April 10, 2026, that its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025 is now available on the Group's website. Both reports are published in Swedish and English.
The company stated that this year's expanded sustainability section provides insight into how Scandic works to drive a sustainable and resource-efficient operation, identified as central to the company's long-term value creation. Scandic presents its sustainability information in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
The reports indicate a focus on integrating sustainability into the core business strategy, aiming to minimize environmental impact and maximize social and economic contributions. Scandic has recently also secured a new long-term financing framework totaling SEK 7.5 billion, supporting its continued growth strategy. The Swedish version of the report is also available in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
Further business developments in 2026 include Scandic's selective expansion in Germany, with the opening of its third hotel in the Frankfurt area. The company is also scheduled to present its interim report for the second quarter of 2026 via a webcast on July 15.
