Scania has announced three appointments to its Executive Board and a restructuring of its commercial and strategy functions, effective January 1, 2026.

Commercial vehicle manufacturer Scania is strengthening its executive leadership and organizational structure with three new appointments to its Executive Board. The changes aim to accelerate performance and adapt to evolving market conditions.
The company will consolidate its Sales and Marketing and Commercial Operations into a single unit named Scania Commercial, effective January 1, 2026. This new function will be led by Stefano Fedel, who previously headed Scania's sales and marketing efforts.
A distinct focus on the significant Chinese market will be established with Camilla Dewoon appointed as Executive Vice President and Head of Scania Group China, also from January 1, 2026. This move reflects China's importance as a key growth market for Scania.
Furthermore, Scania is merging its Strategy and Corporate Management with Communications and Sustainability into a new function, Strategy and Communications. Anna Carmo e Silva will lead this unit, taking effect from December 1. This integration is intended to enhance alignment and efficiency across the company.
These organizational adjustments reflect Scania's response to rapid industry shifts driven by new technologies and market dynamics, with the stated goals of increasing value creation, speed, and process simplification.
