Scania delivers 500th truck to Autotransportes Pilot

Scania México and transport company Autotransportes Pilot have strengthened their collaboration over seven years. In a recent delivery, Scania supplied 132 new trucks to Autotransportes Pilot, marking a total of 500 units delivered by Scania since their commercial relationship began. The fleet addition includes 32 R420 and 100 R460 models.
The delivery underscores a shared commitment to sustainable, efficient, and safe transportation solutions. Autotransportes Pilot is integrating these Scania vehicles, including natural gas-powered R460 and R420 4x2 units, as part of its strategy to diversify transport offerings, enhance operational efficiency, and advance towards more sustainable mobility.
Arturo Sánchez, co-founder of Autotransportes Pilot, stated that Scania has proven to be a trusted partner, willing to listen, learn, and resolve challenges collaboratively, supporting the company's growth and efficiency.
Scania also provides Autotransportes Pilot with Customer Workshop Services (CWS), a model designed to maximize fleet availability and optimize maintenance and operational costs. This service aims to improve maintenance planning and response times, contributing to business continuity.
