Scania Expands Industrial Distributor Territories on North American West Coast
Scania has expanded the territories of three existing industrial engine distributors to include additional areas along the West Coast of the United States and Canada, effective February 1, 2021.

Scania has expanded the geographical responsibilities of three of its North American industrial engine distributors, effective February 1, 2021. Collicutt Energy Services, Hamilton Engine, and Loftin Equipment will now also cover new territories along the West Coast of the United States and Canada.
The expansion applies to Scania Tier 4 Final industrial engines, ranging from 275 to 770 horsepower (hp). These engines are utilized in various applications, including stationary systems, construction, agriculture, and ground support, with a specific focus on pump power solutions for the oil and gas segments.
Collicutt Energy Services, based in Red Deer, Alberta, will add Alaska, British Columbia, and Yukon to its service area. Hamilton Engine, headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, will expand its responsibilities to include Idaho and Montana. Loftin Equipment, located in Phoenix, Arizona, will increase its territory to cover California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington state.
Scania stated that the distributors were assigned these additional territories based on their established knowledge of customer needs, engineering and fabrication capabilities, and operational locations. The company's industrial distributor and dealer network in North America comprises seven industrial distributors, over 260 dealers, and more than 700 technicians trained on Tier 4 technology.
