The Top Employer Institute has awarded Scania France its 2024 certification, a distinction based on an audit of 20 HR-related criteria including organizational strategy, talent acquisition, and work environment. The assessment evaluates how companies structure their internal policies to foster employee development.
HR Director Sandrine Monnier stated that the company improved in 14 of the 20 assessment areas compared to previous years. Key advancements include strengthened initiatives in diversity and inclusion, such as partnerships with disability employment organizations, and the adoption of new digital HR management systems. These tools aim to improve coordination between managers and staff.
To address recruitment challenges, the company has updated its online career portal and introduced immersive digital content that provides insight into technical roles within their workshops. These measures are designed to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process through employee referral programs.
