Scania Middle East has appointed Juan Carlos Ocampo as its new Managing Director, the company announced on May 1 in Dubai.
Ocampo, originally from Peru, has a 17-year career with Scania, holding positions in areas including Commercial Operations and Financial Services. He most recently served as CEO of Scania Colombia for six years. Ocampo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico.
Scania Middle East expects Ocampo's leadership to drive the company's continued development in the region. His broad experience and commitment to ongoing learning are anticipated to strengthen the company's position in the Middle East market.
