Scania UK Launches Online Purchasing for Approved Used Vehicles

Scania UK has launched a new online purchasing capability for its approved used vehicles as part of a significant update to its Scania Go program. This move allows customers to buy pre-owned Scania trucks, buses, and coaches directly through the company's website for the first time, offering enhanced convenience and flexibility.

The updated Scania Go platform provides customers with detailed specifications, images, and indicative finance pricing for a wide range of used vehicles. This digital approach aims to streamline the buying process and give customers greater control over their purchasing decisions, allowing them to select and acquire vehicles from anywhere.

In addition to the online sales channel, the Scania Go program has been expanded to include Scania Retail Ready vehicles. This integration increases the program's grading levels from three to four, offering customers a broader selection of vehicles tailored to various budgets and requirements.

Scania stated that the updated program aims to maintain its position at the forefront of the used vehicle market. By enabling online transactions, the company seeks to adapt to evolving customer expectations and further digitize the purchasing journey for commercial vehicles.
