SCHURTER AG announces leadership change
Rolf Hausheer retires as Managing Director of SCHURTER AG at the end of 2024. Steffen Lindner assumed the role of Managing Director on July 1, 2024.

SCHURTER AG has announced a significant leadership transition as current Managing Director Rolf Hausheer prepares for retirement at the end of 2024, after more than 25 years with the company. Effective July 1, 2024, Steffen Lindner has taken over the position of Managing Director.
Hausheer joined SCHURTER in April 1999 as Head of Procurement. He was appointed to the management team in 2009, taking responsibility for Supply Chain Management, including sourcing, customer service, and warehousing. Since February 2024, he served as interim Managing Director while retaining leadership of Supply Chain Management.
Lindner, who also currently serves as General Manager & Vice President EMEA and heads the company's German operations, will now lead SCHURTER AG. The company stated that his proven leadership skills and international experience make him well-suited to achieve SCHURTER's objectives. Responsibility for Supply Chain Management has been transferred to Oswald Fiegl, the acting Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Following the handover, Rolf Hausheer will focus on organizational projects within the company's strategy, leveraging his extensive business experience. This leadership change marks a new chapter for SCHURTER AG as it continues to navigate the global market for electronic components.
