The award holds significance as it encompasses the COVID-19 pandemic and its subsequent recovery phase, highlighting SCHURTER's dynamic development in Poland. The evaluation is conducted by Dun & Bradstreet Poland, which assesses companies based on their financial stability and growth.
The methodology for determining the Forbes Diamonds uses the so-called Swiss method. This combines property and income valuation methods for the years 2018-2022, taking into account factors such as employee potential, know-how, sensitivity to economic changes, and the company's focus on development and investment.
SCHURTER Electronics Sp. z o.o. qualified for the list by achieving an average annual increase in value of over 10% in the last three years, maintaining continuous growth of at least PLN 5 million. This represents a notable distinction for the company's Polish team.
