HERNDON, Va. – Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services (SCIS) announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors this week. This move is described as a significant milestone for the company's governance, strategic oversight, and long-term growth plans as it enters a new phase of its evolution.
The formation of this new Board is a key component of the Proxy Agreement renewal process, ensuring continued compliance with U.S. government requirements. SCIS provides security solutions for defense contractors, critical infrastructure operators, and other organizations in highly regulated environments. The Board will offer strategic oversight and governance aligned with SCIS’s long-term vision and bolstering its compliance with National Industrial Security Program operating standards.
