Scott Wallace Named Chief Customer Officer at Horizon Family Brands

Horizon Family Brands announced on September 29, 2026, the promotion of Scott Wallace to Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
In his expanded role, Wallace will lead the company's customer-focused strategy and strengthen partnerships across its portfolio of wellness brands, including Horizon Organic, Maple Hill Creamery, and Wallaby Organic. His responsibilities will involve deepening customer engagement and identifying opportunities for shared growth.
Wallace joined Horizon Family Brands in November 2023 as vice president of sales. He brings extensive experience from previous leadership roles at companies such as Danone, Kellogg Company, and Procter & Gamble. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
