SeamlessHR Rebrands to Seamless Technologies Amid Expansion

Nigerian HR tech company SeamlessHR has announced its rebranding to Seamless Technologies. This strategic shift signifies the company's expansion into artificial intelligence (AI) and financial services, aiming to establish a broader technology platform for businesses and employees across Africa.

Founded in 2018, SeamlessHR has focused on providing HR and payroll technology solutions to enhance workforce productivity for institutions on the continent. The company serves over 2,000 medium to large enterprises globally and maintains offices in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya.

In addition to its core workforce management capabilities, the company is extending its services to address challenges in financial inclusion across Africa. Through its new vertical, Breeze, it offers embedded financial services, including payroll financing and earned wage access, directly within the workflow for businesses and their employees.

The rebranded entity, Seamless Technologies, will operate through three main verticals: SeamlessHR (workforce management), Breeze (embedded financial services), and SeamlessProcure (procurement solutions). CEO Emmanuel Okeleji stated that this evolution allows the company to address broader economic challenges at a larger scale.
