SEB Appoints Nomination Committee Ahead of March 2027 Annual General Meeting

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) has appointed the members of its Nomination Committee as it prepares for its Annual General Meeting on March 23, 2027. The committee is responsible for proposing candidates for the bank's board of directors.

Petra Hedengran of Investor has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee. The other members are Tomas Flodén representing AMF, Pablo Bernengo from Alecta, and Niklas Ekvall representing Fjärde AP-fonden. Marcus Wallenberg, Chair of SEB's Board, will represent the bank on the committee.

The shareholders who appointed the members to the Nomination Committee collectively hold approximately 29.9 percent of the total voting rights in the bank. This shareholder representation underscores the committee's importance in governance matters.

SEB's Board of Directors has also appointed Jacob Aarup-Andersen as Vice Chair of the Board. This appointment is part of the bank's ongoing governance processes.
