Sectra Expands Cloud Imaging Solution to Oak Valley Health in Canada

Swedish medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra announced it will provide its Sectra One Cloud solution to Oak Valley Health in Canada. The agreement initially includes modules for radiology and breast imaging.
The move to the cloud is intended to bolster patient data security and enable clinicians to collaborate more effectively across the organization. Sectra stated this will ultimately support more timely and consistent care for the communities served by Oak Valley Health.
Oak Valley Health becomes the second Canadian healthcare provider to adopt Sectra's cloud service this month. Last week, four other Ontario-based healthcare providers announced they would unite their radiology operations on Sectra One Cloud.
Sectra, an international player in medical imaging IT and secure communication solutions, has been actively expanding its presence in the North American market with its cloud-based offerings.
