Sectra's Year-End Report 2025/2026 Shows Growth and Profit
Medical imaging IT and cybersecurity firm Sectra reported historically high sales and net profit for the fiscal year. The company proposes an increased dividend and a share repurchase program.

Linköping, Sweden – June 5, 2026 – International medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra announced its year-end report for 2025/2026, highlighting significant growth and profitability. The company attributes its strong financial performance to long-term investments in improving healthcare diagnostics and strengthening societal cyber defenses.
Sales and net profit for the fiscal year reached historically high levels, reflecting the success of these strategic investments. The board of directors has proposed to the Annual General Meeting an increase in the ordinary dividend, along with an extra dividend distribution. Furthermore, the board seeks authorization to repurchase company shares for a new long-term incentive program.
Sectra has also secured significant orders recently. Swedish authorities have placed orders valued at approximately SEK 120 million for secure communication systems and product deliveries. Additionally, Grady Health System in the US has gone live with Sectra Amplifier Services, aimed at streamlining the implementation of AI in diagnostic imaging workflows.
The company continues to expand its medical imaging IT solutions globally. Unity Health Toronto in Canada and six NHS Trusts in London have selected Sectra's cloud-based solutions to unify and enhance their radiology and imaging workflows. These contracts underscore Sectra's position in the medtech and cybersecurity sectors.
