Secunet Security Networks AG and CGI have partnered to offer a new SINA Managed Service, designed for public authorities and companies. This service enables the secure processing, storage, and exchange of classified information (CI) without requiring customers to manage the solution or develop internal expertise.

The offering targets organizations needing flexibility or handling classified data sporadically, including government bodies, armed forces, and small to medium-sized enterprises with limited resources for IT security operations.

The joint service includes tailored offerings, from configuration and rollout of SINA solutions to complete system operation. Consulting and first/second-level support are also provided, with rental models for SINA components available.

"With CGI, we are pleased to have found a partner with the necessary expertise to expand our managed service offering in the classified information environment," said Torsten Henn, COO at secunet. "This makes SINA relevant for organizations where setting up and operating their own SINA infrastructure is not an option."

Secunet and CGI are jointly offering the new services. Interested authorities and companies can contact either company for further details.
