secunet Appoints Martin Braun as Vice President Public Authorities
Cybersecurity firm secunet Security Networks AG has appointed Martin Braun as Vice President of its Public Authorities division. Braun will be responsible for the unit's strategic growth and the development of digital security solutions for public sector clients.

secunet Security Networks AG, a German cybersecurity company, has appointed Martin Braun as its new Vice President for the Public Authorities division. In this role, Braun will lead the unit's strategic growth and the development of digital security solutions for government and public sector clients, working alongside Tilmann Stähler.
Braun succeeds Norbert Müller, who moved to the management of cloud acquisition company SysEleven in mid-2022. Prior to this appointment, Braun spent over eleven years at CGI Germany. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, with overall responsibility for the Technical Services & Consulting division. His tenure involved expanding customer relationships regionally and managing the development of offices in Erfurt, Leipzig, and Dresden.
"I am looking forward to the new and exciting task," stated Martin Braun. "Together with the team, we will focus on developing products, services, and solutions for the fully digitized public authority. Our ambition is to define digital security in this context. We will also open up our SINA products for public administration to selected partners and multipliers."
