secunet Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
secunet Security Networks AG has appointed Dr Alexandra Heine as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1, 2027. She will succeed Jessica Nospers.
Essen, Germany – secunet Security Networks AG announced on Thursday the appointment of Dr Alexandra Heine as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1, 2027. Dr. Heine will join the Executive Board, succeeding Jessica Nospers, whose term on the board will conclude by mutual agreement on September 30, 2026.
The company's Supervisory Board Chairman, Dr Ralf Wintergerst, thanked Nospers for her significant contributions to secunet's transformation and the development of its finance function. "As the transformation progresses, secunet is now entering the next phase of its development. Against this backdrop, the finance department will be reorganised in terms of personnel," Wintergerst stated in a press release.
Dr. Alexandra Heine most recently served as CFO at Arvato Systems, where she played a role in shaping the company's growth phase and advancing process digitalization. Prior to that, she held various management positions within the Bertelsmann Group. During the transition period, secunet CEO Marc-Julian Siewert will assume the CFO's responsibilities.
secunet is Germany's leading cybersecurity company, providing solutions, products, and consulting services for the protection of digital infrastructures. The company serves clients including German federal ministries and numerous large German corporations. In 2025, secunet reported a turnover of approximately EUR 458.8 million.
