Secunet, DCSO and Tenzir form partnership for critical sector cybersecurity
German cybersecurity firms secunet, DCSO, and Tenzir have established a strategic consortium to develop a comprehensive protection package for critical sectors, including government and healthcare.
Berlin – Three German cybersecurity companies, secunet Security Networks AG, Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation GmbH (DCSO), and Tenzir GmbH, have formed a strategic consortium to enhance cybersecurity for critical sectors.
The joint solution is built upon secunet edge technology and targets organizations facing high cyber risks. These include public administration bodies, production facilities, armed forces, and critical infrastructure (KRITIS) operators such as energy and healthcare providers. The offer aims to detect and stop cyberattacks more effectively in distributed environments.
The solution integrates secunet edge, DCSO's operational capabilities, and Tenzir's data processing technology. "The resilience of critical organizations is crucial for the stability of our society," stated secunet CEO Marc-Julian Siewert. "Our partnership with DCSO and Tenzir creates an integrated offering that strengthens the ability of particularly vulnerable organizations to detect attacks and act swiftly."
Tenzir's security data pipeline acts as an intelligent data layer at the network edge, filtering, structuring, and prioritizing security data before forwarding it to DCSO's central analysis center. DCSO provides round-the-clock detection, analysis, and incident response based on continuous threat intelligence. This approach reduces response times from hours or days to minutes.
The solution's strength lies in its "Made in Germany" origin and operation under European data control. The new offering aims to limit the spread of attacks and improve overall cyber resilience through information sharing and centralized response management.
